You can return the product unused and in its original condition and packaging, along with the invoice, for a refund. If there’s a major manufacturing defect, damage, or you received the wrong item, contact support@blingytrends.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited video. Upon approval, our team will provide return guidelines and the shipping address. Self-ship the product within 10 days from the return approval date.
