REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You shall return the wrong / damaged product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You are required to report the defect within 48 hrs of receipt of the product by writing to us on support@blingytrends.com.

Return & Exchange Conditions: Kindly consider the following guidelines when requesting for a return or exchange for your order.

Quality and Defects:

  • For genuine manufacturing defects, breakage or wrong product delivery, contact us at support@blingytrends.com with an unboxing video. 
  • There should be no cuts, pauses or edits in the video. 
  • Complaints reported after 48 hours post-delivery will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • Please ensure to provide an unboxing video of the package before opening it when reporting quality, manufacturing defects, breakage, or wrong product delivery. This step is essential for a swift resolution.

     

Non-Qualifying Cases:

      Please note that the following cases do not qualify as defects:

  • Minor color or design variations, as these are inherent to the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
  • Return eligibility is limited to fully damaged conditions or if the received product is entirely different from the ordered item.
  • Transit-related issues, such as stones falling or hooks loosening due to courier handling pressure, are not considered as damage and are non-returnable.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Upon approval, our team will provide return guidelines and the shipping address. Self-ship the product within 10 days from the return approval date; returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchange:

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and include all materials sent with the product. 
  • For missing items in return orders, the company may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund.
  • If a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. After the product undergoes quality checks at our facility, we will refund the product’s price and shipping charges back to the customer.
  • Items not meeting the return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Issuance of Refund:

  • Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be reimbursed directly to your account using the same payment method used for the transaction.
  • If payment is made via cash, refunds will be processed through NEFT to the bank details provided by the customer when initiating the return request.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Include your order number, details of the issue, and specify the item you’d like to exchange it for.
  • Exchange Procedure: Upon approval of your exchange request, we will furnish instructions on returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly dispatch the replacement.
      • Customers are liable for shipping expenses for replacements, except in cases of defects or errors on our end.
